Product Review

This is one of the more comprehensive programs on the market. There is a 26 week workout schedule that requires a little more than 30 minutes three times per week.

The author's approach is high intensity training, so workout plans generally consist of 2 sets of 5 to 7 reps per exercise. Because of the low reps, this is probably not the best book for those who are looking to cut fat and build muscle. Instead, it's better suited for gainers only, i.e. folks who are looking to put on muscle mass quickly.

There is also video on the members web site where you can view the proper technique of over 100 body building exercises. There are a number of 12-week meal plans, so you should be able to find one that is close to perfect for your needs.

You'll also get a 6-part video series that demonstrates how to exercise each specific muscle group for maximum effectiveness, along with access to a training tracker software program. If you're not handy with Excel, this might be helpful.

Like Vince DelMonte's package, this is a comprehensive program that should keep you busy for quite some time.
