If your goal is to build maximum muscle mass as quickly as possible, focus on:

  • Lifting heavy weights (without sacrificing form)
  • Keeping your repetitions under 8, while making sure you lift until exhaustion
  • Increasing your overall quantity and frequency of protein consumption
  • Getting plenty of rest

"I want to build muscle mass but also burn fat"

If your goal is to build more muscle quickly, but lose weight while you do it, you should focus on:

  • Lifting heavy weights (without sacrificing form)
  • Keeping your repetitions under 8, while making sure you lift until exhaustion
  • Increasing your protein consumption while minimizing your carbohydrates, sugar, and fat consumption.
  • Increasing your cardiovascular exercise
